November in Review

I’ve been busy the last few weeks. Cleaning, cooking, a bit of shopping. We’ve been working hard trying to finish up the first third of our school stuff. We’re getting close. Even though I’ve been neglecting my blog it seems to be busy as well.

 

This month I have had visitors from 18 Countries. The most notable was Harjumaa Estonia. I had to look that up. I’d never heard of it before.

My most popular label was Too Much Caffeine? I admit that is the label where I am most likely to embarrass myself. I can see the attraction.

Beside my main blog page the Wiggle post was the most popular. I was surprised that Fortune Plant was also popular.

The top feed items besides the Wiggles was Knit a Hat, Write a Blog Post followed by Holy Freakin’ Noah. The Noah post surprised me as well. Then I thought about how much I enjoy viewing snapshots from around the globe. It surprises me when I see a picture from a backyard 3000 miles away and they have the exact same toys as I have had in mine. I think I might start posting a few pictures from around town. Fredericksburg is an interesting place to see if you know where to look.

The best feed day was November 20th and the best page view day was November 29th followed by November 20th. I’m trying to figure out what was going on November 20th that made people want to click through and read my writing.

It’s all a mystery to me. I’m looking forward to December and see what I feel compelled to post. I enjoy looking back through my archives and wondering why I posted what I did. I am also looking forward to reading what you post. It’s so nice to take a short break from my life and be able to read about yours. I get to see places I will probably never visit and discuss topics that would never come up at a homeschool picnic. So many different ways of seeing things. So much good advice. I often think my first few years as a new mom would have been a lot easier if I had a blogosphere to consult. What a gift.
